Abstract: Clinical reasoning is a key competency in the physiotherapy clinical education academic program. It is the thought process of clinical practice which is critical in decision making of clinicians. Literature review on assessment of clinical reasoning identified the Script Concordance Test as an assessment tool. 41 undergraduate physiotherapy students from the Fiji National University were assessed on an aspect of clinical reasoning, quantifying their ability to make decisions on ill-defined cues via clinical vignettes in the Script Concordance Test.
