Abstract: Social media is an increasing trend that has become an important part for many hotels marketing campaigns to effectively reach a global audience. Due to social media relative novelty, its adoption and usage puts forward a major challenge for the hotel industry in Fiji. The purpose of this study was to investigate social media marketing performance of Fiji’s hotel industry using the Digital Marketing Framework (DMF).
