Abstract: The aim of this research is to evaluate the effects of decentralization in terms of user patient satisfaction of services provided at the six health centers in the Suva subdivision in Fiji. Health sector reforms, according to Berman and Bossert (2000), is defined as the purposeful and fundamental changes that are intended to improve the performance of the sector in terms of efficiency, equity and effectiveness.
